Jason Weaver is an American actor and singer who was born on July 18, 1979, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. He began his acting career at the age of 12, playing the role of Michael Jackson in the TV miniseries "The Jacksons: An American Dream" (1992). He is best known for his role as Marcus Henderson in the Disney Channel sitcom "Smart Guy" (1997-1999).
Weaver has also appeared in a number of films, including "The Lion King" (1994), "Drumline" (2002), and "Lottery Ticket" (2010). In addition to acting, Weaver is also a singer, and he has released several albums throughout his career.
